Challenge: Validate business expansion opportunities and diversify the company's product portfolio for an established leading global job search platform.
I set up the new products division & venture validation process. We managed to iteratively define our expansion strategy and incubate 9 WorkTech startups. 3 products (gig work marketplace, social job ads tool, EWA solution) successfully emerged past their seed rounds as standalone BUs.

Challenge: Validate business expansion opportunities and diversify the company's product portfolio for an established leading global job search platform.

Product Ecosystem (SaaS marketplace)

Challenge: Enable a new line of business / revenue stream, transition from a deeply configurable CRM to the new strategic positioning as a broader no-code platform category player.
I was lucky to launch the 3rd party SaaS marketplace that grew from the ground up to 750+ apps, 2000 monthly installs, 200+ developers. Through tones experiments and learnings, we managed to turn ecosystem into a significant revenue stream and the key pillar to Creatio's no-code strategy.

Challenge: Enable a new line of business / revenue stream, transition from a deeply configurable CRM to the new strategic positioning as a broader no-code platform category player.

Unified marketplace CI/CD framework, composable architecture foundations, and dedicated APIs all resulted in seamless monthly releases of 700+ apps, top-class compatibility benchmarks in customised environments, and a 50% reduction in time-to-market for new apps.

Our marketing automation platform we built from the ground up grew from 0 to 400+ enterprise customers in 3 years, was recognized as a leader in b2b marketing automation space by Gartner and Forrester, and ultimately delivered up to 15% of company's revenue.

Challenge: discover customer problems that could be efficiently solved with ML, and defend CRM products' value proposition by enabling ML-based tools for efficient enterprise use.
We started off discovering true customer pain points (sales and service automation products) that could be efficiently handled with ML (i.e. automatic case and lead routing, opportunity & lead scoring). I had a chance to orchestrate the discovery, implementation and adoption of these tools.

Challenge: Enable company scaling its operations to maintain YoY growth rates of 50% in revenues and 25% in headcount through automation and process optimization.
We managed to setup a new tech architecture for the company's digital ecosystem, automate 20+ processes and boost performance in key operational roles. New or revamped products like billing & invoicing, licensing, customer & partner portals, enterprise CMS evolved as a part of these projects.
