In addition to my core work, I mentor product managers, offering guidance on key areas like product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and building a PM career. I also support early-stage startups with advice on finding product-market fit, reviewing business models, and refining go-to-market strategies and value propositions. This is part of how I contribute to the product management community. 

Product management foundations course

As a way to give back to my home country, Ukraine, I authored and now conduct bi-annual live online product management courses for Ukrainian early-career PMs in partnership with Elvtr (Laba) online institute. These cohorts provide an overview of essential tools, frameworks, and key product management principles used across various product phases, including product-market fit discovery, feature development, product growth, and scaling.
