For the past 14 years, I’ve worked with tech products, primarily in B2B SaaS. I've had the opportunity to build a market-leading marketing automation product, create a third-party developer ecosystem for a no-code platform, and lead product innovation in the WorkTech sector (for more details lookup my CV).
My time in high-growth, founder-led companies instilled a "do more with less" mindset and a belief that "the sky is the limit." People often call me obsessed with a "systems approach," and it’s true—it helps me create a vision and streamline execution, which is quite beneficial when everything is uncertain and turbulent. A background in data and computer science helps me stay close to the details in tech-heavy projects, while it is always a matter of a leader's delicate balance.
For me, the key word is "growth" — not as a metric, but as a mindset. It always goes hand-in-hand with creating true value and having an impact on people’s lives. Constantly pushing boundaries, striving to improve, and embracing change, while inspiring others to do the same, is the only way we can create something better than what exists today.
Outside the work life, I find my passion in mountains. Mountaineering started as another way to push the boundaries, but now it is more of a way to recharge — there’s something about them that resets everything.
I’m a happy and proud father of two sons. Life and work have taken me across the globe, from Boston and San Francisco to Amsterdam and Krakow, while my roots are in Kyiv, Ukraine. Each of these places has shaped me, but the mountains always call me back 🏔️
